My soul’s mission is to spread love and positivity and to anchor the light everywhere I am. I am here to help other’s heal and transmute negative energy. As an intuitive energy healer, I use tools such as crystals, crystal healing jewelry, reiki, yoga, meditation, writing, and an empathic listening ear to facilitate healing and align clients with their highest healing potential so they can begin living in the vibration of love, joy and abundance.
I have always known on some level that I am here to help others. Previously, I always found myself working in some form of customer service or care taking role, always wanting to help others. I have been intuitive & empathic all of my life, and I spent the last year fine tuning these skills. I have also had an obsession with crystals, working with them has changed my life. So I decided to turn my passion for helping others and my passion for crystals into my soul business…Humble & Kind Vibes.
I chose the name Humble & Kind Vibes for a few different reasons. The first being that “Humble & Kind” is one of my favorite songs by the original writer, Lori McKenna. Her music has healed and inspired me throughout my life. The second reason was that at the time when I was trying to decide what to name my business, my daughter’s had just happened to perform to this song at their dance recital. And lastly, my grandfather passed away in 2020 from Covid-19, and at his funeral, the priest talked about how he would always remember my grandfather as a kind & humble man. So the name has deep sentimental meaning to me, and in living my life in a humble & kind way, spreading it to the world, I hope to carry on my family’s legacy.

~Energy Healing Sessions
A one hour, intuitive energy healing session via Zoom, where I will use tools such as crystals, guided meditations, yoga, oracle cards and/or an empathetic listening ear to facilitate healing in any area of your life that needs healing. Energy Healing sessions are sliding fee scale, that means you pay what you can afford.
~Stellar & Earth Academy Mentorship Program
The mentorship program is for anyone who wishes to work more closely with me on a consistent basis.
This is a one on one program, that includes working with me in weekly 1:1 intuitive healing sessions, chakra healings using crystals, a custom crystal healing bracelet, meditations, and guidance through any area of life that you are feeling stuck.
We will first meet in a client connection call to discuss if we are a good match as mentor and mentee, then we will meet weekly for one hour sessions. This program is a one month commitment and is paid in full up front.

Distance Crystal Healing
As an intuitive energy healer & energy transmuter, I act as a facilitator of healing. The universe works through me, to assist you in healing. In a distance crystal healing session, we do not need to be in the same room, or even in the same country or time zone. Healing takes place through the energetic quantum field.
